From Requirement to Deployment

Demand Letter Receipt & Verification
The employer submits an official Demand Letter specifying roles, salaries, benefits, contract duration, and number of workers required. Our team verifies the employer's legal standing, confirms the attestation by the relevant Pakistani embassy, and ensures all terms meet BEOE requirements and Pakistani labour protections. No placement proceeds without a fully authenticated demand letter.

Recruitment Drive & Candidate Sourcing
We tap into our extensive candidate database built over two decades, post on relevant job boards, and conduct open recruitment drives when needed. Our networks across Punjab span urban centres and rural districts — giving us access to a wide, diverse talent pool across all trade categories.

Initial Screening & Documentation Check
All applicants undergo an initial screening for age eligibility, valid passport, educational background, and relevant work experience. Documents are verified for authenticity — preventing fraudulent applications before they waste employer time or worker money.

Practical Trade Testing
Shortlisted candidates sit practical trade tests specific to their skill category — welding tests, masonry assessments, electrical competency checks, or written tests for office roles. We coordinate with TEVTA-certified testing facilities where required. Only candidates who pass proceed to the employer interview stage.

Employer Interview (In-Person or Video)
Selected candidates are presented to the employer for direct interview — either in-person at our Rawalpindi office with the employer's visit team, or via video call. We facilitate the entire interview process, provide translation support where needed, and coordinate scheduling across time zones.

Medical Fitness Clearance
All selected candidates undergo medical fitness examinations at GAMCA (Gulf Approved Medical Centres Association) designated clinics. Health reports are prepared per the requirements of the destination country's embassy. Candidates with any disqualifying condition are honestly notified at this stage.

Visa & Emigration Formalities
Our team manages the complete visa processing workflow: contract attestation, protector stamp from BEOE (where applicable), submission to relevant embassies, and emigration clearance. We guide workers through each government requirement, ensuring no delays from missing or incorrect documentation.

Pre-Departure Orientation & Deployment
Before departure, every worker attends a pre-departure orientation covering their rights and responsibilities, destination country labour laws, emergency contacts, and practical living advice. We coordinate ticketing and airport assistance. Our relationship with the worker doesn't end at the departure gate — we remain a point of contact throughout their contract.
